What You’ll Do

  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure the office environment is clean, well-maintained, and fully functional.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, including pantry items, stationery, and copier paper.
  • Schedule meeting rooms, ensure their cleanliness, and provide necessary equipment.
  • Submit corporate card expenses, travel claims, and related financial documents.
  • Facilitate business card printing, manage office decorations, and issue access passes.
  • Handle administrative tasks for new joiners and visitors.
  • Coordinate desk assignments and bookings.
  • Liaise with landlords for repairs, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage mail and key systems.
  • Organize and support internal events, handling logistics and supplies.
  • Manage locker allocations, arrange courier services, and ensure the proper functioning of office equipment.

What Will Make You Shine

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an office administrative role or similar position.
  • Proven organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
