- Project Leadership:Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
Oversee the execution of projects, including big data systems and serverless architectures.
Collaborate with clients’ technical teams to resolve challenges during project delivery.
- Technical Expertise:Provide expert guidance on cloud services, big data processing, and microservices architecture.
Ensure the operational health of clients' environments.
Lead the design and implementation of high-concurrency systems and data management platforms.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:Drive technological innovation within projects.
Continuously assess and enhance existing systems for optimal performance and scalability.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of technical solutions.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in technical account management, software development, or IT leadership roles.
- Proficient in cloud architecture design, especially with AWS, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud platforms.
- Strong background in big data systems, including Hadoop, EMR, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate in challenging environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with agile development methodologies and leading agile teams.
- Knowledge of database design, including MYSQL, HBase, and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and cloud-based infrastructure management.
