What you will be here for
- Serve as the primary technical support contact
- Provide effective FAE support to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop technical proposals
- Develop and customize technical solutions to meet specific customer requirements
- Ensure successful product implementation and integration
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions
What you will need
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Field application engineering experience for semiconductor components (backend)
- Experience in power management IC, MCU/FPGA will be a plus
- Willing to work in a start up environment
