Responsibilities
- Project cost management
- Prepare and submit claims
- Procurement of contractors and suppliers.
- Evaluating and certifying payment requests from subcontractors.
- Prepare, negotiate, and agree final accounts.
- Gaining proficiency in internal software tools used for reporting and project management. (OA & SAP)
- Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities.
- Prepare Sub-Contract Documents.
- Prepare contractual correspondence involving time and cost implications.
- Assist in claims related to time extensions, expedited work, project delays, and additional costs.
- Participate in meetings and carry out any additional assigned tasks by superiors
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in related field
- At least 3 Years of related working experience
- Proficiency in reading and writing in Chinese is a MUST, to work with China counterparts
