Your Responsibilities: -
- Review customers’ contracts and cross-check with sales data for claim processing
- Responsible to resolve unidentified receipts, timely allocation of customer payment & account reconciliation
- Generate BI reports weekly to review net sales revenue (NSR) for customer claim justification purposes
- Conduct monthly AR review with Commercial and send SOA to customers
You will need: -
- Degree or diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of experience in AP/AR.
- Proven experience with SAP and BI Reports.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for efficient and effective handling of large data volumes.
