Job Scope:
• Manage and ensure smooth running of day-to-day support function
• Work with the team to ensure error-free, timely execution of payroll payments
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliation
• Provide general administrative support within the Outsourcing Payroll department
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative / accounting experience
• Possess a diploma or equivalent
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Committed and possess positive work attitude
• Good time management
• Organised and meticulous
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment
• Able to communicate with people at all levels
• Good spoken and written English
• Proficient in Excel
