- Implement hands-on security controls, including threat modeling, encryption, and hashing, throughout the product SDLC, from hardware selection to decommissioning.
- Safeguard data on devices, ensuring protection against unauthorized access and hacking attempts.
- Collaborate with engineering, development, and technology teams to build and maintain secure medical device architectures.
- Conduct penetration testing and code reviews to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
- Define, evaluate, and maintain security controls for product integrity, providing visibility into product health and security.
- Lead efforts to integrate security practices into continuous release planning and execution for all products.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging security threats and provide recommendations on security best practices.
