The HR Executive we are looking out for is responsible for recruitment and retention strategies and implementations for The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd.
Recruitment & Retention & HR Administration
- Full cycle of recruitment including onboarding and offboarding
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle
- Work Pass administration
- HR administration – preparation of all HR letters (such as confirmation, employment contract etc)
- Partner with Institutions for internships and recruitment agencies
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Training
- Enrollment of staff training
Your Competencies
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to multi-task effectively with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of employment act, wage and salary laws and regulations
- Resourceful and innovative in implementing recruitment and retention strategies
- Team player with “can-do” spirit
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and respect for people
- Positive and able to find joy in things you do
