General Responsibilities:
- Issue invoice on daily basis.
- Answering phone call and reply message.
- Receive order via phone call / email / and whatsapp.
- Check the customer details before issue the invoice such as Customer Name, branch outlet, quantity, amount, gst amount, and items.
- Ensure invoice issued is accurate.
- Invoice filling.
- Attend to customer quries (sometimes).
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Monday to Friday Office hours.
- Required to work on alternate weekends (Sat & Sun, with overtime opportunities available, and a salary potential of up to $3,000.
- No experience requried, but candidate with relevant experience in preferred.
- English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Experience with QUICKBOOKS software will be an advantage.
- Strong team player.
