Admin Assistant

General Responsibilities:

  • Issue invoice on daily basis.
  • Answering phone call and reply message.
  • Receive order via phone call / email / and whatsapp.
  • Check the customer details before issue the invoice such as Customer Name, branch outlet, quantity, amount, gst amount, and items.
  • Ensure invoice issued is accurate.
  • Invoice filling.
  • Attend to customer quries (sometimes).
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Monday to Friday Office hours.
  • Required to work on alternate weekends (Sat & Sun, with overtime opportunities available, and a salary potential of up to $3,000.
  • No experience requried, but candidate with relevant experience in preferred.
  • English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with QUICKBOOKS software will be an advantage.
  • Strong team player.
