Salary: Up to S$4,500
Working Days & Hours: 5 days a week, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Location: International Plaza (Tanjong Pagar)
Hybrid Work Arrangement: 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full set of accounts for Group Companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain detailed and current records in the accounting system.
- Monitor and project both long-term and short-term cash flow.
- Prepare and manage invoicing, debit and credit notes, payments, issuance of cheques/TT, e-filing duties, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
- Act as the liaison with external auditors for statutory audits and with tax agents for company taxation matters.
- Coordinate with company secretaries, bankers, local authorities, and other relevant parties on finance and accounting issues.
- Generate monthly investment reports and handle claims reimbursement processes.
- Organize and manage office files, documents, and supplies to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Support various departments and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
