Registered Nurse
Role & Responsibilities:
- Performing health care assistant duties and procedures such as taking appointments, registration, billing, and collection of payment for services rendered, arrange follow-up/referral appointments.
- Performing clinical parameters such as threadmill stress test, temperature, BP taking, height & weight taking, resting ECG, Urea breath tests, medication dispensing, liaising, and handling with laboratory for specimen collection or/and ordering of laboratory consumables when required.
- Explaining and introducing health screening packages to patients / corporate clients and tailoring appropriate screening programs to individuals and companies based on clinical indications, patients’ expectations, and cost.
- Collating and compiling results, arranging follow-up reviews and appointments for patients where appropriate.
Assist in doing the claims for Medisave, Chas and Insurance
Administer COVID-19 vaccination and other vaccines as required by patients. - Ensure vaccine vial movement tracking, including documentation in Clinic Management System and National PRPP system.
Responsible and ensure workplace cold chain protocol alignment and post vaccination advice. - Assist Doctor in all procedures and code blue under doctor’s supervision.
- Perform venepuncture when required.
- Demonstrate proper use and care of medical & IT equipment
Management of clients’ records in accordance with medical & PDPA framework - Responsible for Infection Prevention & Control in the workplace and always ensure checks to ensure both co-workers and Doctors complies, include education non-clinical staffs
- Participate in premises housekeeping, including, wipe down all high touch surfaces and end operation wipe down
- Attend all training session (in-house & external) arranged by company and you are expected to implement learnings into your scope of work
- Maintain effective communication with clients and co-workers to ensure that client’s needs are met.
- Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards protocol in the organization
- Maintains supplies inventory, include, ordering supplies through logistic person in-charge
- Performs any other additional duties as assigned by doctors / Clinic-in-charge.
Clinic Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Clinic Assistants/Admin staffs to ensure efficient and proper operations at our GP clinic
- Responsible for entire clinic daily operating
- Ensure excellent service for our patients through leadership by example
- Excellent Customer Service etiquette, Professional mannerism, problem solving skills
- Regularly train and ensure service proficiency amongst the CA team
- Ensure consistency of protocols including registration of patients, queue management, dispensing of medications, invoicing and collection of payment, submission of claims, management of drug inventory, and general housekeeping
- Manage and responsible for medication, consumables and equipment including ordering, stock taking, and general housekeeping, including equipment calibration arrangement
- Manage rosters for Clinic Assistants and Doctors
- Lead by example, professionalism, report timely in and out of work
- Excellent in service etiquette and professional dress code
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned
Primary work location : Bethesda @ Macpherson (Beside Tai Seng MRT) or Bethesda @ TPY ( TPY MRT)
Working hours : Office hours / 5.5 days
