- Make MTO, BOQ
- Study drawings, specifications
- Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, main contractors
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking site workers, subcontractors, main contractors in regards with the site activities matter)
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Preferred LTA experience)
- Required Skill(s): Accountability, Take ownership of task, Strong mindset, Communication skill
