- Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an experienced and hands on Technical manager and Senior Technology architect who has a proven track record of leading the entire Technology discussion for the ongoing transformation program
- Strong knowledge of Banking domain and hands on knowledge on detailed technology Architecture, integration patterns, customization, Security etc are must .
- The candidate should have proven Technical experience in handling large core banking transformation program and Multi country roll outs across the world.
- The candidate will have to perform hands on technology discussion with customer, do design reviews, design and review sequence diagram and review customization and integration
- Work closely with global teams in a fast-changing technology landscape with an ability to display initiative and work in an unstructured environment. Candidate will need to build relationships with his peer architects in Bank and should be equipped to create demand for Infosys service offerings in clients’ landscape.
- Understand client-side business requirements and provide value led solutions. Should have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills including addressing escalations, presenting status in management meetings.
- Demonstrate expertise in discussing with client-side architects on platform engineering related topics that include application performance improvements, Business recovery design and never down applications, application security vulnerabilities remediation, Release management/Version control and other technology landscape topics.
- Skills /Competencies:
- Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 15 years of IT service experience and 6+ years of Technical Architecture experience across Banking products integration with different integration system landscape
- Minimum 6-year experience of handling variety of entire technical team portfolio consisting of customization, Data migration, Release management, Performance & stability and other NFR topics.
- Should be ready for project related travels within and outside the county.
- Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Preferred skills
- Experience in container-based deployments and relevant technology insights of OpenShift/k8s
- Experience in leveraging tools like JIRA, GITHUB and other release management, Devops tools would be essential.
- Experience in working on Event-Driven architecture designs on the back of services like RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ, Redis, Oracle Database and other equivalent backing services would be necessary
Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience of working in Real Time Payments module would be desirable
