Requirements:
· Ability to engage stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document the requirements, prepare functional specification.
· Document current and future state processes across the areas impacted by the changes, including capturing impacts on upstream and downstream systems and reporting.
· Participating in design workflow discussions of the system
· Understanding of technology and development lifecycle – experience in both SDLC & Agile/SCRUM delivery.
· Good understanding on tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.
· Experience in tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, SQL.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work as part of a large, multifunctional program team delivering to tight deadlines
