Responsibilities
• Responsible for all aspects of management accounting and financial reporting of the hotel.
• Assist the Hotel Financial Controller in overseeing the daily operations of the Finance department
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end losing and financial reporting
• Preparation of budget and monthly forecast as per corporate guidelines
• Review and support operation to ensure internal controls in place for business enhancement and development.
• Preparation of annual statutory accounts for entities in the Group to ensure compliance with the local/international accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with the auditors, tax agents, legal advisors and relevant authorities when required.
• Working closely with Operation head on budget Capex and submission
Qualifications & Experience
• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 4-6 years of finance related working experience
• Preferably with experience in hospitality industry
