Job Scope
1. Develop and maintain cost estimation models and frameworks for projects and operations.
2. Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
3. Manage change orders and assess the financial impact of project modifications.
4. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
