Responsibilities
- Provide sales related supports in any areas of orders fulfillment
- Ensure all fulfilled orders are sent to Sales Operation for billing on timely basis
- Process and manage customer orders on a timely basis and ensure accurate data is maintained in the system
- Handle and Process Goods Receipt Note & Delivery Orders and vendor returns and RMA (Import and Export) and liaise with the sales personnel/customers Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment and delivery schedule with suppliers and customers
- Coordinate on order fulfillment and work closely with Sales Operations to generate invoice to customers on a timely basis
- Communicate with suppliers for information and specification and deals with problems in a timely manner
- Responsible for the preparation of accurate & timely periodic reports for review performa monthly and quarterly stock count
- Provide other ad hoc sales related support
Requirements
- Diploma in Commerce (Logistics and Supply Chain Management)
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably with supervisory experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
- Multi-tasking, self-starter, able to work independently and in a team
- Committed with good initiative and positive working attitude
- Pleasant personality with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform under pressure
- Familiar with use of ERP system, preferably SAP
