Remuneration:
- Salary up to $8,000 inclusive commission
- AWS and Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage new and existing customers to promote company services and maintain profitable relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic market plans to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Effectively handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Develop new client opportunities and present company offerings through effective demonstrations.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and quotas by closing deals efficiently.
- Prepare quotations, agreements, and manage billing processes.
- Ensure timely renewal of existing client contracts and promote account growth by delivering exceptional post-sales service.
- Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, to generate new leads.
- Oversee the sales pipeline using established sales methodologies, practices, and tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, sales activities, and reports using CRM systems.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to meet organizational requirements.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Organized, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Experience with CRM applications is preferred.
