- Contract: 6 months contract
- Salary: up to SGD 6k (subjected to experience)

- Able to prioritise and handle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
The Job
- Effective talent partner to the the business units, leading end-to-end recruitment
- Liaising with Hiring Managers on hiring needs, sourcing & interviewing candidates to offer management & pre-onboarding support.
- Writing & posting job advertisements on in-house & other relevant platforms.
- Source applicants through in-house Application Tracking System, online channels, and other professional networks, industry partners.
- Plan & assist in interview and selection procedures
- Manage the candidate experience & facilitate the entire recruitment process from start to end
- Maintaining list of active & pipelined talent pool in the relevant sector
- Analysing and implementing process improvements
