We are looking for Principal Occupational Therapists to be a part of our dynamic trans-disciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals which comprises Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist and Physiotherapist. The team provides a range of rehabilitative and intervention programs to support our client's ability to participate in the home and community.
Job Description:
· Develop capabilities and provide clinical consultation to senior and principal-level therapists.
· Deliver holistic rehabilitative services for complex cases.
· Lead collaborative practice initiatives for continuous improvements in Holistic Clinical Practice.
· Oversee clinical standards and competency management of Occupational Therapists.
· Conduct clinical assessments and determine interventions for specialized cases.
· Provide specialist consultation and clinical education in advanced management of complex cases.
· Manage performance and development of therapists.
Job Requirements:
- Recognized Degree/Master in Occupational Therapy (listed in https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/ahpc/apply-to-be-a-registered-allied-health-professional/lists-of-recognised-qualifications)
- Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as a full registrant
- Extensive experience in Occupational Therapy with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Proven ability to lead and develop clinical programs and initiatives.
- Strong capability in providing clinical education and consultancy.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
