o Main appetizer/starter product line for all outlets
o Quick serve lunch menu sets for CBD outlets
o Bar bites for CBD outlets
o Drink/cocktail for CBD outlets
o Corporate bento style menu
o Yakiniku menu & weekday lunch deal menu for Yakiniku
o Value student meals
o Virtual brand for delivery platforms
Training and Learning
· SOP Development and Implementation
· Training for new products/ new product category (example for new outlet)
Management of Quality and Costs
· Auditing food quality and ensuring standards are met
· Auditing kitchen hygiene
· Cost management for new products
· Cost reviews for current products including finding and dealing and negotiation with suppliers
Kitchen Setup for New Outlets and Concepts
· Overall management of new Kitchen setup from a workflow and equipment perspective
Other Administrative Work
· Administrative work related to job scope
· Project work that may come up from time to time
