Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize professional knowledge, tools, and skills to design functional features based on user scenarios that meet or exceed user expectations.
- Prioritize features based on user needs, define version planning, and achieve product goals through iterative development.
- Conduct functional design and product optimization, proficiently using Axure and other product tools to create detailed product requirement documents and prototype designs.
- Oversee and coordinate product requirements, features, and interaction designs.
- Gather market feedback and analyze user behavior to improve the overall user experience.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (full-time), with 1-3 years of work experience; experience in finance-related work is preferred.
- Requirement articulation: Ability to fully understand product solutions, break down product requirements into manageable components, use prototype and diagram tools proficiently, and clearly describe product requirements, interaction processes, and business workflows.
- Data analysis: Ability to design data indicator systems to collect and analyze data, identify potential trends and issues, and continuously optimize and improve the product.
- Task management: Capable of completing tasks on time according to plans, monitoring execution progress, and providing timely feedback and communication in case of risks.
- Communication skills: Strong communication abilities, proficient in cross-departmental collaboration, and capable of accurately expressing ideas and facilitating clear communication.
