Primary Purpose:
The maintenance consultant is required to provide support and preventive maintenance service to customer, to address and resolve customer’s system fault. The person will have the opportunity to expose to different products and technologies and experience different industry sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical consulting and advice
• Respond to customer enquiries and/or fault resolution request
• Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies
• Manage and maintain the equipment store
• Make arrangement to send faulty equipment back to vendor for repair
• Perform preventive maintenance for customer
• Conduct network troubleshoot
Education Qualification:
Degree or higher
Candidate must be proficient in English and Chinese
