Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings for contract and procurement management. Assist the Project Manager in coordinating design detailing between the designer and client. Communicate with the team to ensure they have all necessary documents and information. Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects. Report to the Project Manager on the status of procurement, delivery, and site progress. Coordinate all construction drawings, submit, and update the Project Manager on the status of shop drawings from the designer and materials procurement as the site progresses. Assist the Project Manager and Designer in monitoring project execution to ensure completion meets quality standards. Compile and hand over architectural documentation, including as-built drawing submissions.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in the interior design, renovation, or building industry.
· Must know how to read architectural drawings
· Experience in planning and supervision of all operational activities.
Experience in tendering for commercial, industrial, and retail interior fitting out projects.
