Job Summary
As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing day-to-day sales operations, coordinating schedules, and handling customer inquiries. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring that all sales-related activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your efforts will help maintain strong customer relationships, improve sales processes, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in organizing schedules, managing sales documents, and effectively communicating relevant information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the Sales Manager in client meetings, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Order Management: Handle incoming sales inquiries and process orders through phone or email, ensuring all customer requests are met promptly and accurately.
- Resource Management: Ensure the availability and adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials, supporting the sales team in their daily operations.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support by responding to customer inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively inform clients of any unforeseen delays or problems, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Data Management: Develop and maintain an organized filing system for managing sales databases, keeping all sales records up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Process Improvement: Identify potential shortcomings in current sales processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience as a sales coordinator or in administrative roles is advantageous.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications relevant to the role.
- Education: Diploma or higher qualification in a related field.
