Studio Operations:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio and ensure the studio delivers operating excellence.
- To upkeep team with knowledge of studio programs, products & services, promotions, and SOPs
- Ensure upkeep of front-of-house and bar inventory stock, purchasing and ordering of products, and assessing business operations when inventory drops to a specified level.
- Deliver quality responses to customer enquiries via all channels.
Member Experience:
- Implements programs and initiatives to engage current and new members and continuously improve their member experience.
- Solicits member feedback and identifies improvement goals to meet members' needs, resolve problems, and generate new ideas for programs and services to maintain member satisfaction.
People Management:
- Serve as the day-to-day leader for all supervisors and front-of-house crew, leading by example and alignment with our mission, vision, and values, and accountable for their overall performance.
- Manage and coordinate vendor relationships including sourcing and shortlisting vendors.
- Manage staff welfare, morale, and drive of the employees of ALLY.
Training and Development:
- Review staff and business to ensure top operations and service standards are met.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and follow-through to drive morale, engagement, confidence, and high energy of the front desk team.
