Cleaning Supervisor Job Description:

• Monitoring the everyday work performance of the workforce.
• Inspecting the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, such as the stairwells and lounge areas.

• Plan shifts and make arrangements for stand-ins when necessary.
• Establish and impart to employees the importance of hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness.
• Encourage team members and address any problems that arise at work. Address client concerns and unique demands.
• Keep an eye on and restock cleaning supplies, such as rubber gloves, floor cleanser, and bleach.
• When necessary, take part in extensive cleaning projects.
• Make sure that all locations adhere to the safety and hygienic rules.
Qualifications and Abilities:
• Work history in a supervisory capacity in housekeeping or a related field.
• Practical experience performing maintenance and cleaning duties for big businesses.
• Possession of industrial cleaning tools and materials.
• Outstanding planning and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings; flexibility in handling the physical demands of the position.
• A high school degree is beneficial.
