JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish, implement and maintain effective Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with the requirements established by the Company and relevant industry standards (e.g. API Q1 requirements). Establish, implement and maintain effective HSE systems in compliance to with the requirements of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Establish and lead internal audit program covering all operations and functions to ensure adherence to QMS / HSE requirements, provide report on internal audit results, and follow-up audit results to ensure close out of corrective/ preventive actions.
- Lead and drive continuous improvement efforts in QMS / HSE.
- Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns for QMS/HSE .
- Analyze and provide timely response to customer complaints on quality and safety issue.
- Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of Quality Control / HSE matters.
- Supervision and management of QC resources – QC Inspectors and QC equipements.
- Provide technical expertise and training to QC Inspectors.
- Ensure proper control and maintenance of Quality / HSE documents and records.
- Prepare Quality / HSE performance metrics and reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Track and drive supplier improvement to meet Enecal and customers’ quality expectation.
- Liase with external parties on matters relating to QMS / HSE.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional Certificate/NiTec, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of ISO / API Q1 is preferred.
- Experience in Lead Assessor from a recognized certification body or auditor is prefer.
- Possess good interpersonal and planning skills.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management / HSE System with auditing experience in manufacturing environment (preferably in Oil & Gas Industry).
