Responsibilities:
- Conduct both quantitative (e.g., online surveys) and qualitative (e.g., focus group moderation) research to understand social trends and public opinion
- Oversee research projects from inception to delivery, and coordinate research activities (e.g., project management, data analysis, design questionnaires and discussion guides, respondent recruitment
- Managing respondents amongst cross-functional teams to ensure timely and impactful insights
- Assist with managing client queries, expectations and relationships
- Manage accounts and contribute to sale pitch to potential clients
- Create highly actionable and digestible reports in PowerPoint
- Present results of study confidently to external clients across working levels
- Assist teammates in administrative tasks and operations, when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in any discipline with a passion for research
- Experience in social research, and familiar with quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and consultative mindset
- Competency with Microsoft Office
- Proficient in statistical software and qualitative analysis tools is preferred
