Job Description:
- In line with MEO Group’s business strategy to build up and expand into the renewables sector, to identify and secure profitable charters and business opportunities in the renewables market such as Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, China, Australia and any other such markets in Asia-Pacific region to achieve high commercial coverage and increasing year on year backlog for EHBU Renewables business
- Ensure BU receivables < 3 months’ revenue
- Ensure 100% compliance and on time delivery with all commercial function policies and processes
- Develop & maintain updated map of client universe for all identified renewables markets in EHBU
- Develop & maintain organisational charts identifying key “buyers”, “users” and “influencers” for high priority clients in renewables markets
- Log all visit reports and opportunities in Poseidon or such other marketing tools
- Plan and submit Client visit schedule for the identified renewables markets in EHBU
- Respond to all enquiries within 24 hours and submit all proposals / tenders within client deadline or by date promised or agreed with the client
- Track open bids or proposals submitted and ensure timely follow up action with Clients until award outcome
- Represent Company to attend industry events associated with the renewables markets to promote our services
- Provide reporting or updates in Monthly Management Review meeting to Senior Management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant commercial and BD experience in the offshore industry with preference for some experience in the renewables markets
- Bachelor’s degree
