- Position : Admin Assistant (Customer Service/Data Entry)
- Location : Tuas - daily company transport to/from Boon Lay and Jurong East MRT
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6:00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus + Mobile allowance

Main Responsibilities:
- Work as part of admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company.
- Check all POs and DOs from internal and external parties to ensure items, quantity, and amount are correct.
- Data entry of information
- Filing, checking and verify documents.
- Office admin including handling phone calls.
- Additional administrative duties when assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in software applications, particularly Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills.
- 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
- well-organized, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
