Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Specialist you will be a pivotal link between clients and candidates, utilizing your expertise to match exceptional talent with the right opportunities. You will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships while effectively managing the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Candidate Management:

  • Cultivate robust relationships with clients ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Strategically align suitable candidates with client requirements, focusing on temporary/contract placements, while maintaining a record of successful placements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and assess candidate suitability, conducting comprehensive interviews and providing valuable guidance to build a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Provide proactive support to candidates, offering advice on CV enhancement, interview techniques, and managing expectations to create a positive experience.

Systems, Operations, and Team Collaboration:

  • Ensure adherence to administrative procedures, maintaining accurate records, and updating job postings to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team, actively contributing to achieving collective goals while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Embrace a sales-oriented approach, demonstrating resilience and a proactive attitude towards achieving set objectives.

Requirements:

  • Preferably possess CEI (basic, non-FDW) certification.
  • Minimum Diploma Holders. Entry level welcomed.
  • Strong sales orientation, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to success.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
