Our client is a well-known leader in the Tech industry. They are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore.
The Role
- Providing legal services and supporting the business
- Prepare, draft and review a broad range of legal documents, correspondence, contracts, related agreements and supporting documents, and corporate governance resolutions, and ensure compliance with relevant Singapore laws and regulations.
- Assist to manage and resolve disputes and related litigations.
To Qualify
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 2 or more years of experience in related field
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
