Job responsibilities
- Conduct site acceptance tests, commissioning, and provide start-up support for machines, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues.
- Troubleshoot, resolve technical problems, and provide after-sales support to customers, including maintenance assistance and technical guidance.
- Work closely with customers on repair schedules, provide training to optimize product performance, and offer feedback to engineering for product improvement.
- Ensure compliance with product validation, documentation, and update customer complaints and failure analysis reports.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to meet project goals and support service business development; some handling of heavy equipment may be required.
Job requirements
· Diploma/ITE in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
· At least 1-2 years’ service experience in similar industry
· Willing to travel for service trips
