(F&B) Learning & Development Executive / Trainer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a learning and development enthusiast committed to helping individuals and organizations thrive. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, conducting store audits, and identifying areas for improvement. You'll also be responsible for recommending solutions to address gaps and enhance employee performance.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a company advocate, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Be accessible to all stores, offering operational expertise.
- Develop training in various formats (classroom, virtual, workshops) to align with company values.
- Conduct audits to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Work with Area Managers to support store leadership development.
- Create training materials (presentations, handouts, online resources) to meet learning goals.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure SOPs are current and effective.
- Equip employees with the skills they need for success and future leadership roles.
- Provide coaching before, during, and after training sessions.
- Partner with HR and Operations to plan talent development and succession.
- Arrange external training and manage training budgets, including grants and incentives.
- Maintain and update training records.
Requirements:
- WSQ Diploma.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Learning & Development.
- Proven experience in instructional design and training delivery.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Certification in training and development (e.g., ACTA) is a plus.
