Contract Duration: 11 Months
Working Hours: 10am to 5pm (Tuesday – Sunday, inclusive of Public Holiday)
Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
· Guide visitors through the various sections within the vicinity and impart skills and knowledge such as fire safety awareness to the visitors
· Handle enquiries from members of the public.
· Carry out routine checks and conduct simple maintenance on equipment such as CCTV cameras and record system.
· Carry out first level troubleshooting of technical problems such as faulty lighting control units and interactive stations
· Liaise with the maintenance contractors to resolve faulty equipment
· Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Higher NITEC / Diploma in any discipline.
· Preferably possess front-facing customer service experience.
· Preferably possess experience in any formal First-Aid training or Fire-Safety training is an advantage.
· Only Singaporeans.
