Job Requirements
Ensuring site progress are meeting deadlines and carried out to meet
Company’s quality standard
• Carry out duties before and after securing a contract, including
estimation, cost management and tender process
• Prepare and oversee tender documents and procedures
• Oversee project claims to Clients and subcontractors, handle
variations to the contract, and keeping an eye on expenses to identify
any differences from the planned cost
• Forecast and outsourcing of materials
• Planning and coordinating with Clients, sub-contractors, consultants
and relevant authorities
• Oversee and coordinate the full process of the project from award to the completion and handover of the projects.
• Develop and manage a proper system to oversee the progression of the project at each level of completion.
• Coordinate with the team on the proper management of the project
• Evaluate and conduct quality check at each stage of project completion.
• Ensure all materials and work processes and expenses are within the budget and scope of project
Requirements:
Degree from a recognized university
Proven working experience in project management
Working experience documentation, project progression, people management
Able to work within tight timeline and manage stress
Experience in all aspects of project management tools and Office tools
Able to work with all levels of people
Good team player, friendly and able to manage people well
