Responsibilities
- Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
- Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
- Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
- Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
- Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
Requirements
- Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience. (Good STO profile but lacking experience will be considered for TO)
- Knowledge and hands-on experience for DECAM Fire protection alarm system
- Possess with class 3 driving license (Equip with own transport will be an advantage)
- Able to do standby duty, be activated to fault calls/maintenance schedule outside of office hours
- Knowledge in IT/Network/Server is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking client
