Job Description:
- Responsible for full spectrum of the payroll function, ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness.
- Submission of quarterly MOM surveys.
- Submission of Government Paid Leave claims
- Processing medical/dental claims from employees and Submission of monthly CPF and refunds
- Timely filing of IR21 clearance (for foreign resignees) and annual IR8A submission to IRAS and generate e-IR8A report to all employees
- Update and maintain staff records and ensure the most updated database from time to time
- Engage and provide sound advice to employees on all payroll-related matters which include payroll-related issues.
- Support and implement improvements to system enhancement and payroll processes for better efficiency and compliance to statutory regulations
- Managing employees’ insurances (WICA, etc)
- Provide support for internal & external audit on payroll matters
- Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree equivalent in Human Resources Management related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in payroll processing for the organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Knowledge: Good understanding of Employment Act and Manpower Laws
- Able to work well with business leaders and managers to address payroll issues
- Good understanding on the whole payroll cycle
- Excellent team player
- Able to work independently with limited supervision in a dynamic environment
