Job Description / Key Requirements:
Mandatory is:
- Must have 6+ years working experience in Business Analysis / Systems Analysis
- 3+ years recent working experience in Corporate Banking / Digital Channels and in Transaction Banking Payments Services or Swift or Cash Management) is a must.
- 02+ years recent working experience in implementation of API channels for Corporate Banking/ corporates.
- Must have current working experience in implementation of Microservices and API withing banking domain for at least 02+ years.
- Currently working as a Business Analyst for at least 04+ years within banking domain.
- Must have Agile product development experience
- Working experience in FSD- Functional Specifications Documentation and elaborated user stories is a must (2+ years- recent).
- Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience
- Capturing, analyzing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories
- Must have working experience in gathering requirement from business and maintain BRD, FSD –Must
- Current working experience in banking areas like Transaction Banking, Payments, Swift, Cash Management is must.
- Must have experience in writing user stories is a must.
- Current role must be as Business / Business Consultant /Analyst for last 3+ years.
- Hands-on recent Agile working experience in banking products Corporate/Retail/Internet Banking) and processes, and retail banking (5+ years) - Must
- Must Successful track record of managing Agile transformation program/projects Preferably using SAFe) – 3+ years Expert in using common agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and knowledge of DevOps processes and tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins etc- Good to have
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Write and maintain programmable code outlined in technical instructions and specifications for software applications and operating systems.
- Domain- Corporate Banking / Digital Channels / Mobile or Internet Banking
Nice to have is:
- Detailed Knowledge in how Payments work in Singapore vs Malaysia vs Hong Kong regulatory too.
- Knowledge of Technology trends eg. how does a digital bank approach digital channels
