Job Opening: Technical Support Engineer

Position: Technical Support Engineer
Salary Range: $2500 - $3500
Job Responsibilities:
- Desktop support in the end-user environment.
- Provide basic support and troubleshooting to clients, including password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, support routing, and escalation to L2 support.
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and track them through resolution.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Liaise with third-party vendors to coordinate client issues on specific services.
- Liaise with product manufacturers for problem escalation and resolution.
- Support the company for project implementation activities.
- Assist in helpdesk support as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies, Information System, or a related course.
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts.
- Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent end-user support and communication skills.
- Able to join on short notice or immediately is an advantage.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior role
- Proficiency in Mandarin for dealing with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
