Contract Duration:
- Start Date: January 1, 2025
- End Date: December 31, 2025
- Option to Extend: January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (subject to authority's discretion)
Shift Timings:
- Shift 1:Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
Fridays: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
- Shift 2:Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
Fridays: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receptionist Functions: Manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, and handle incoming phone calls and email queries.
- Coordination & Logistics: Coordinate transport services and logistics for school activities.
- Student Support: Assist students who are ill or injured, including accompanying them to the hospital if necessary.
- Administrative Duties: Sort mail, perform simple administrative tasks such as filing, and assist in processing the Financial Assistance Scheme for students.
- Other Duties: Undertake additional administrative and financial tasks as assigned by the administration manager or school leaders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: GCE āNā Level or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; ability to speak an additional language is advantageous.
