Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell our services to potential clients by making cold calls and delivering compelling pitches.
- Identify qualified leads for all services and manage the entire sales cycle to successfully close new business deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and be able to conduct business presentations and demonstrations.
- Independently generate highly qualified sales opportunities while staying informed about the latest promotional trends and best practices.
- Perform market research, analyze customer needs, and continuously monitor competitor activity.
- Streamline the sales process and maintain accurate databases.
- Collaborate with the global sales team to support existing international clients.
- Leverage key business connections to assess and understand potential customers needs.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success with a well-established network in the local marine industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process with excellent lead generation skills.
- Two to six years of business development experience in the maritime sector.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and experienced in sales.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a sales territory effectively.
- Strong proficiency in English; Mandarin skills are highly desirable.
