Responsibilities:
· Process staff claims and payments for daily operating expenses;
· Prepare accounting schedules such as Fixed Assets Register and Listing of OPEX.
· Preparation and posting of Journal Entries.
· Perform bank reconciliation;
· Perform quarterly GST filing;
· Prepare internal management reports such as daily monitoring and report calculation, daily regulatory data base calculation;
· Prepare MAS regulatory reports, such as MAS 610, 649, 640 etc
· Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly Head Office Reports;
· Other administrative support duties.
Requirements:
· Possess an accounting degree.
· Min 2 years of relevant accounting experience in the banking industry.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
· A good team player with good attitude.
· Meticulous and attention to details.
Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline.
