About the Role:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter with solid sourcing and candidate engagement expertise to join our dynamic HR team. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across various industries to meet our organization's evolving hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and executing strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Use creative sourcing strategies to find passive candidates.
- Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as candidates' primary point of contact, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Conduct initial phone screenings, assess candidates fit for specific roles, and provide company values and culture alignment. Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed about the recruitment process and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and long-term talent needs. Provide consultative advice on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices—partner with HR and business leaders to align sourcing efforts with company objectives.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow and ensure data accuracy. Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, etc.) and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Employer Branding & Market Intelligence: Leverage social media and other platforms to promote employer branding and attract top talent. Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to adjust sourcing strategies. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and candidate interaction.
- Proven expertise in building and managing talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent understanding of the Singapore talent market, including industry-specific talent pools.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
