Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks
  • Manage sales logistics and coordinate shipments
  • Handle sales inquiries and process orders via phone or email
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and related documents
  • Maintain organized sales databases and ensure accurate updates of sales records
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and finance teams on sales-related activities
  • Enhance sales efficiency and productivity by reaching out to customers to schedule appointments and ensuring up-to-date sales materials

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of sales coordination
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively engage with our Chinese-speaking clients
