This position will handle all back-end business operation relating to inventory, to optimize inventory and service levels ensuring the customers will have seamless ordering/ purchasing experience with the company.
Job Description:
- Collecting historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock.
- Minimize Out-of-stock by actively monitoring stock inventory.
- Work closely with supplier for timely delivery and expediate when necessary.
- Handle customer technical support cases through phone or email submission, communicate with supplier (if necessary)
- Maintenance or update product master database.
- Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc.
- Collate statistics and generate reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline,
- 1-3 years relevant B2B industrial sales support experience.
- Experience in Stock Management.
- Able to understand basic technical term in product drawing
