Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and influencer.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the monday.com solution to showcase its value and ROI to customers.
- Identify and generate expansion opportunities, including up-sell, add-on, and cross-sell strategies.
- Consult with customers on optimizing their internal processes and drive change within their organizations.
- Conduct strategic conversations with C-suite and senior management to build and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting, preferably with large enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and establish credibility with executives.
- Experience in strategy consulting is an advantage.
- A proactive, positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer success.
