a) Responsibilities:
- Reports to Project Manager, Attend all meetings as and when required by Project Manager
- Compile and prepare daily reports, Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel
- Liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials
- Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback and complains pertaining to the project (HDB)
- Attend dialogue sessions with the Client, Resident Committees, Citizens’ Consultative Committees, Town Councils and any party as directed by the Board or the Client.
- Conduct regular visits to residents/tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule changes and impact.
- Perform administrative/clerical duties
- Record the minutes of meetings pertaining to the assigned project.
b) Requirement:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, Good organization and multi-tasking skills
- Min. GCE ‘A’ Level qualification
- At least 2 year working experience in HIP (Home Improvement Programmed) project site preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, Experience in HDB upgrading projects preferred
