Job Responsibilities:
- As a Training & Performance Support Developer, you will support the Learning/Training Lead by designing, developing, and deploying the training and performance support materials.
- You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Master proficiency in Learning Content Development is required. Advanced proficiency in Training Evaluation Strategy, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Training Visual Design are recommended.
- Design and develop innovative training materials.
- Create engaging performance support resources.
- Collaborate with the Learning/Training Lead to identify training needs.
- Conduct training evaluations to measure effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning content development
Job Requirements:
- SAP HR Training.
- Must have experience with SuccessFactor (actual delivery, reference guide, simulation, EnableNow sims, evaluations.
- Consultant level - should be able to do training assessment.
- Bonus : Change management activities (development change strategy plan, comms plan, execution of comms, user engagement)
